St Luke's Home took two opportunities to celebrate the unique contribution of Joan Jeffery who for 28 years has been an integral part of the many developments of the Home’s Life. Joan was part of the move to the green field side at Mahon, over 25 years ago and has worked tirelessly in her commitment to so many aspects of St. Luke’s. The Bishop of Cork, the Right Reverend Dr Paul Colton is delighted to announce that he has appointed the Reverend Meghan Farr, an Episcopal priest currently serving in the Episcopal Diocese of Eau Claire in Wisconsin, USA, as priest-in-charge of Saint Anne's, Shandon, Cork and also as Chaplain to Saint Luke's Home, Cork.
