- To gain insights into Role, Boundaries, Feelings and Perceptions
- To improve Communication Skills
- To explore issues around Self Awareness, Self-Care, Stress Management and Bullying
Objectives:
This half day course is a balance of input, group work and personal reflection. The course can be run off site.
