Access to St. Lukes
Restaurant Opening Hours
Visitors can purchase hot food and drinks in our restaurant ‘The Oyster’ which is managed by outside contractors QCafe. Restaurant is closed to visitors from 12pm-1.30pm and from 4pm-5.30pm for preparation of meals.
Car Parking
The car park outside the main entrance is free and is open seven days a week. Designated spaces are provided for disabled parking permit holders. Parking outside Northridge House is for users of the Education Centre only. If car park is full, parking is available in the public car park across the road.
Bus Service
Bus Eireann operates a daily bus service from the City Centre. The number 212 bus services this route.
Residential Units
There are four Residential Units. Gregg House, Wise House and Exham House catering for 30 residents and Maguire House, our Dementia Unit which caters for 38 residents.
Reception
The reception desk is located just inside the main entrance and is open 24 hours, seven days a week.
Visiting Hours
We welcome visitors to the Home and realise the importance of such visits for the well being of our residents. People in care settings also require times for privacy, peace and quiet. In a situation where a resident is ill, families are free to remain with the person, as they wish. At other times nursing staff may make specific requests for people to leave an area for a time, to facilitate the nurses in their care for the residents. Children must be supervised at all times. Visiting times are from 11am-12.15pm, 1.15pm-4.30pm and from 5.15pm-10pm.
