Aim:
This course will help participants to explore a high level of wellbeing and the difference it can make to one’s life and to explain the 5 elements that are known to contribute to wellbeing and, most importantly, how to take action to grow fulfilment. We will also explore how to ensure that we keep taking this action in the long-term.
